Michael has been purchasing and renovating distressed properties in Louisville since 2009. He is a hands-on landlord and is always available to help solve problems. Michael relocated to Memphis for work in 2016 but still plays a very active role in managing properties and visits Louisville regularly.
Diane and her husband Andrew joined as partners in 2014 and have played key roles in several acquisitions and significant redevelopment projects. Diane's background working with multiple major tech companies has helped us streamline many processes and keeps the business running smoothly.
William joined us in 2014 after obtaining his master's degree from University of Kentucky (we try not to hold that against him). He's our "eyes and ears" and can handle anything we throw at him. You'll often find him out and about in Old Louisville, the Highlands or NuLu showing apartments and checking in on our properties.
